Swift Solstice Campout 2023

The Swift Solstice Campout is a global call to go bike-camping on June 24th and 25th, 2023. Here at Repack, we start a day early cause Fridays are for skipping out on work early.

For the 9th year-in-a-row thousands of adventurous spirits will load camping gear on their bikes for a weekend outing. We believe that there’s little better than spending the longest day of the year on a bicycle and the shortest night of the year sleeping under the stars. Join us in making this the most memorable campout yet!

Whats the plan then?

Some of us will be heading out friday afternoon around 15:00 to make it a full weekend of camping. If you're keen on joing Friday, let us know and we can arrange accordingly.

The rest are leaving Saturday late morning from Repack to ride a nice route through the Utrechtse Heuvelrug and down into the fruit valley into Beneden-Leuwen. Don't forget to stop for fresh cherries 🤤

All bodies on all bikes are welcome. This is very focused on fun, not fast. If you're looking to get some extra fast KMs in, that's dope. You don't need to follow our route to camp. Make your own and meet us there. Just let us know your ETA.

We'll celebrate the longest day of the year with some swimming, a bonfire, and some solstice celebrations.

Sunday after breakfast we can pack up and head back home stopping at least once for ice cream and usually some post ride beers at Repack.

Snacks!

There's a supermarket in the village just a few minutes cycle from the campsite. So we usually loaf up on groceries there. So don't stress on bringing too much food.
